One key improvement in beta phase is a Notifications function that allows contacts and users to be automatically notified of billable hours and amount billed, as well as total hours and account balance. Other aspects of casework conveyed seamlessly include unbilled balances and unbilled hours. Alerts are generated automatically when falling below or exceeding specific thresholds, and can be repeated on a weekly, daily, or monthly basis.
Another improved asset is the QuickBooks connector, providing additional security enhancements. Through uninstalling the QuickBooks Online app and cleanly reinstalling it, syncing issues with QuickBooks Online also have been fully resolved.
Also, the Bill4Time Support Help Site now can be accessed more easily, through inputting existing Bill4Time login information.
